ZF’s emphasis on courage, empathy and integrity make Ultimate Frisbee the perfect sport for our students’ development. Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, self-referred seven a side team sport played with a disc. We turned to this sport as it promotes gender equality and calls upon the players to demonstrate fair play.

Ultimate Frisbee practice sessions are conducted every Sunday morning. Our Team has participated in a state level tournament and are yearning for more.
