Empowering communities, shaping brighter futures.

The Community Centres are the apex of Zameer Foundation’s engagement with local students. They are based in the villages where students reside.

ZF runs three Community Centres, two in Alipur Tanda and one in Kysapanalli Tanda.

The centres engage with 85 students for 2 hours daily from Monday to Saturday.

ZF emphasizes on Holistic Development for their students by:

Using English as the medium of instruction
Fostering basic Maths skills
Introducing and strengthening Computer skills
Fostering a world view, encouraging independent critical thinking.
Developing respect and care for Ecology

ZF’s pedagogy is experiential that includes project-based learning, team building activities, outdoor-based and interactive activities. The students have read Iqbal by Francesco A’damo, The Breadwinner by Deborah Ellis, and have watched “The boy who harnessed wind” to build critical thinking skills.

These methods support students to understand their own potential and to listen to their innervoice.
